My bio
With more than 30 years on the faculty of the UF department of radiation oncology, Dr. William Mendenhall is recognized as an expert in head and neck cancer as well as central nervous system, gastrointestinal and other malignancies. He also treats prostate cancer patients. He is a frequent contributor to medical journals, with more than 600 published works including Journal of Clinical Oncology, Head and Neck, International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics, and Cancer, and is regularly invited to speak at national and international oncology conferences. He is also recognized in publications such as The Best Doctors in America and America's Top Doctors. Currently, Dr. Mendenhall serves as professor for the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Florida.
