My bio
I'm Timothy Shay, a physical therapist at BOB体育, specializing in treating hip and back pain in both general and athletic populations. My educational journey began with a bachelor of science in physical therapy from Florida International University. Later, I pursued a master of science in exercise and sports sciences at the University of Florida, followed by a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Montana.
My interest in physical therapy stemmed from a combination of my passion for strength training and my own experiences with injuries and rehabilitation during high school. This firsthand experience ignited my desire to help others overcome physical challenges and optimize their health and performance.
As a physical therapist, my primary goal is to assist my patients in achieving and maximizing their physical capabilities through a combination of education and tailored physical modalities.
