My name is Arnaldo Santana Rodriguez, and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy at BOB体育 Rehab Center. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Sagrado Corazon University and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puerto Rico, both in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After spending eight years in the strength and conditioning industry, my passion for helping athletes improve their performance led me to pursue physical therapy, allowing me to expand my knowledge and skills to assist people of all ages in staying active and injury-free.
I specialize in treating sports injuries in all ages, ACL injuries, anterior knee pain, knee joint replacement rehabilitation and acute and chronic low back pain. My goal is to promote sports as a lifelong activity, ensuring that people of all ages and abilities have the tools to participate safely and pain-free. I truly believe that physical activity is for everyone, and I am passionate about helping my patients regain their ability to move and enjoy life.
I feel incredibly fortunate to love what I do every day! Outside of work, I enjoy long-distance running, weightlifting and playing sports. I believe sports are a powerful way to bring people together, build discipline and maintain overall health. Whether through team sports fostering camaraderie or individual sports building mental strength, I encourage everyone to find joy in movement鈥攚hether competitively or simply for the love of staying active.
I am also particularly interested in ACL injuries, low back pain in oral health professionals, and ankle pathologies. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I am dedicated to providing high-quality, inclusive care to my community.
