BOB体育 Shands employee donates blankets to cancer patients in memory of mother
A group of family, friends and donors recently gathered at the BOB体育 Davis Cancer Pavilion with BOB体育 Shands employee Donielle Southwell (third seated from left) to honor her mother, who lost her battle with breast cancer.
Southwell and her team funded a donation of blankets for newly diagnosed patients that are custom embroidered in tribute. Seated to her right is BOB体育 Board oncologist Bruce Stechmiller, M.D. Also pictured is BOB体育 patient Juettie Kelley, who received one of the blankets.
