HealthStreet, a community engagement program, is celebrating its fourth year at the University of Florida by hosting a birthday event in partnership with various local organizations, clinics, and UF programs to provide a fun, health-promoting day of activities for families!

The birthday event will be held on Nov. 20, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at HealthStreets facility and include organizations that specialize in many health topics including diabetes, high blood pressure, dental, mental health, career resources, physical therapy, elder services, dance fitness and more! Attendees are encouraged to invite friends and family.

Organizations will provide information on the resources they provide, with many of the tables offering attendees fun activities such as art booths from the UF Center for Arts in Medicine, dance fitness classes, face painting and more!

HealthStreet, located at 2401 SW Archer Rd., has approximately 7,000 people from Alachua and Duvall Counties in its program where staff members link them to social and medical services and opportunities to participate in research relevant to their health concerns and needs.
